Network Operations – Directly supporting the technological aspect of the business, the Chief Technology Officer together with his team in the field and in IT, manages the Company’s network and continuously works to improve network performance and develop creative solutions to meet the customer’s needs. They also provide after-hours network support and are always on stand-by to quickly and efficiently resolve network issues.
Customer Support – Our team of Customer Service, Order Fulfilment, Billing, and Repair employees are continually striving to increase their efficiency and provide customers with the highest level of service possible on everything from setting up accounts and providing product support to periodic billing and pager repairs.
Sales – Consistently projecting the Company’s core values, our Sales team takes the time to listen to customers and offer creative, reliable, and cost-effective solutions that meet their communications needs. The team maintains our customer’s trust and PageNet’s position as the preferred choice for wireless communications solutions.
Finance & Administration – Working closely with all departments, our team successfully provides support to ensure all budgetary and financial transactions are in order. Overseen by our Chief Financial Officer, they ensure the Company’s assets are protected.
Human Resources – Working closely with employees and senior management, Human Resources provides leadership, guidance, and support on matters relating to recruitment, training and development, benefits administration, performance management, total rewards, and health & safety.
